Fairy House Building at Slim Baker!

We had a glorious day on Friday for our first field trip of the year. We hiked from school up to the Slim Baker Lodge where we had a picnic lunch, read a story about fairy house building and got down to business building our own fairy houses! The team work was fantastic. I overheard one little girl cry out, "Go team, we've got this".

A special thank you to Mr. McClure and his little sidekick "R" for hiking with us! We all had a wonderful time.
